Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is mentioned on each product page
  • Delivery time starts from the date of Order Confirmation
  • Usual delivery: 5-7 business days within India
  • Courier partners: Bluedart, Smarter, and Delhivery

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders within India
  • Free shipping on all orders within India

International Shipping

  • Shipping charges apply based on order weight
  • Customers must pay customs duties and local taxes to the shipping partner at delivery
  • Duty amounts depend on the destination country's policies

Order Confirmation

  • Prepaid orders: Dispatched within TAT without confirmation
  • COD orders: The Dispatch team will contact you for confirmation before dispatch
  • COD orders without confirmation within 3 days will be automatically cancelled

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • First attempt: Standard delivery
  • Second attempt: Made after customer confirmation
  • Third attempt: Customer bears extra shipping charges. Non-payment results in order cancellation, and future orders will not be accepted

Delays

  • If delayed beyond 2 weeks of the estimated delivery, we will contact you to confirm if you wish to continue
