Returns

• Return within 7 days of purchase

• Product must be unused, unwashed, with all tags intact
• Send a 360-degree unboxing video
• Sale items and clearance products are non-returnable

Refund Amount

• 85% refund of product price
• Deductions: 5% GST + 2% payment gateway charges + Rs. 175 reverse pickup charges

Return Process

2. We arrange pickup (2-3 business days) or you can self-ship
3. We verify the product at our warehouse
4. Refund processed within 2-3 business days after verification
5. Refunds via Bank Transfer/UPI/Google Pay/Paytm/PhonePe only
